Roast the almond shavings with a little oil in a frying pan until golden brown.

Wash the rhubarb stalk and cut it into 1 cm pieces.

Boil the rhubarb pieces in a pan with water for 5 to 10 minutes and let cool and drain.

Put the mascarpone with the whipped cream, yogurt and honey in a bowl and stir everything together.

Squeeze the lemon above the bowl and stir it through.

Finally stir in the rhubarb pieces and the almond shavings.

Put the mascarpone dip in a nice dish and serve with the sliced stollen.
