Asparagus with butter sauce

Peel the asparagus all around with a peeler from just below the cup and remove the woody bottom.

Boil the asparagus in a large pan of water for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the asparagus in the hot water for another 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean the potatoes and halve them. Boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done.

Drain, put back in the pan and leave from the fire with the lid on the pan for 5 minutes.

Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Let it frighten under cold running water and peel them. Halve in the length.

Prepare the sauce with the butter according to the instructions on the package.

Divide the asparagus and potatoes over the plates. Spoon the sauce on the asparagus.

Put the eggs on it. Sprinkle with the parsley and pepper.
