Asparagus with carrot, beetroot and tzatziki
Burger of green asparagus and lentils with red onion, beetroot, baby currant lettuce, tzatziki, carrot julienne and pickles.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the asparagus burgers according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, cut the onion into thin rings and the beets into slices. Remove the leaves from the lettuce.

Heat the grill pan. Cut the hamburger buns half way through. Place the halves with the cutting edges down in the grill pan and grill for 1 min.

Brush all the cutting edges of the rolls with the tzatziki salad.

Fill the bottom halves successively with the lettuce, beetroot, carrot, asparagus burgers, gherkin, some carrots, lettuce and onion.

Cover with the top halves of the buns.
