Lukewarm salad with veal schnitzel strips
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, wienerschnitzel (in strips), Brussels sprouts (a 350 g), butter, small potatoes (a 450 g), orange (pepper dressing (bottle 150 ml)) and oak leaf lamella (bag 200 g).

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Boil the sprouts in water with salt in 5 minutes until tender. Drain. In the meantime, heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the meat in 4 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Heat 25 g butter and fry the potatoes for 10 minutes on low heat. Raise the heat, add the sprouts and bake for 8 minutes. Add the meat and the dressing, scoop and warm. Remove the pan from the heat. Put the lettuce through and serve.
