Directions

  1. Light the BBQ. Put 2 trout with the olive oil on each newspaper.
  2. Cut the onions into rings and the lemon in slices, keep the grater behind. Divide with the olive oil over the fish. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll up the newspapers tightly and tie up with kitchen rope.
  4. Put the packages in a bowl of water for 5 minutes, so that they are wet through and through. When the barbecue is hot, put the fish packages on the barbecue. Rooster 20 min.
