Prepare rice according to instructions. Distribute saté balls in 8 portions and string each serving with a skewer. Preheat the cooking pan. Clean the leek and cut into slanted pieces.

Melt butter in pan and bake for 3 minutes. Pour the broth and put the leek on a pan for 10 minutes on a low heat. Heat the saté sauce with milk.
