Cut the chicken fillets into long strips. Slice the parsley. Press the garlic.

Cut the pepper into fine and the cucumber into cubes. Thread the chicken fillet onto barbeque pans. Mix the lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of parsley, the garlic and the oil.

Brush the chicken skewers with oil. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. Preheat the oven grill.

Roast the chicken skewers around 8 minutes. Mix the couscous with the paprika, cucumber, the rest of the parsley and the lemon dressing.
