Easy stew with garden peas and smoked mackerel.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min.
  3. Add the garden peas to the onion and cook in 4 minutes until al dente.
  4. Meanwhile divide the mackerel into pieces and check for bones. Slice the chives. Put in the frying pan.
  5. Heat the whipped cream in a saucepan.
  6. Drain the potatoes. Add the whipped cream and puree with a puree mash.
  7. Put the garden pea mixture and mustard through and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bon appétit! .
