Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, cut the onion. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min.

Add the garden peas to the onion and cook in 4 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile divide the mackerel into pieces and check for bones. Slice the chives. Put in the frying pan.

Heat the whipped cream in a saucepan.

Drain the potatoes. Add the whipped cream and puree with a puree mash.

Put the garden pea mixture and mustard through and season with salt and pepper.
