Kibbeling with apple-piccalillysalsa
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, apple (for example Elstar), piccalilly (pot a 360 g), fresh chives (a 25 g), carrots, potatoes (700 g) and fried quibbling.

Clean apple and cut into very small cubes.

In bowl salsa mix of piccalilly with apple.

Cut the chives above it.

Clean carrots and cut into four in length.

In boiling water with salt to taste, boil for about 5 minutes.

Cast off.

Roots in low water with salt to taste in about 5 minutes.

Cast off.

Heat kibbeling in frying pan (or oven) according to directions on packaging.

Spread kibbeling, carrot and cooked potatoes over 4 plates.
