Potatoes in the skin with steak, the boeuf and green beans
Delicious recipe with baby potatoes, steak de boeuf, green beans, cucumber, chives and crème fraîche.

Bring a pot of water to the boil. Meanwhile, clean the unpeeled potatoes, halve the larger ones and boil in water with salt, if necessary, for 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat, drain and let dry with the lid on the pan for 1 min.

Heat the butter in a frying pan halfway through the cooking time of the potatoes and fry the steaks the boeuf in 8-10 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

Season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, bring the green beans in a pan of water and boil for 6 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, wash the cucumber, scrape the cheese slicer lengthwise into thin ribbons and put in a bowl.

Add the vinegar and the water and season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives finely and mix through the crème fraîche.

Divide the baby potatoes, steaks, the boeuf and green beans over the 4 plates and serve with the cucumber salad and chive cream fraîche.
