A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: whole milk, butter, sugar, flour (sifted), eggs (whipped), lemon (scrubbed), whipped cream (250 ml), mascarpone ((soft cream cheese, 250 g), stirred), vanilla pod ( (bag 1.5 g), cut open), pistachio nuts ((95 g), minced meat), icing sugar and silver pearls (bottle 42 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Bring the milk to the boil with 125 ml water, butter, 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt in a pan. When the butter has melted, add the flour. Stir with a wooden spoon into a firm batter that is released from the wall of the pan. Spoon into a mixing bowl and let cool for 10 minutes. Beat with a mixer at the lowest setting the beaten eggs in parts. Put the batter in the piping bag and make 40 heaps the size of a walnut on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Ensure sufficient space. Fry just under the center of the oven for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Beat the whipped cream stiffly with the rest of the sugar and toss in the mascarpone. Scrape the pith from the vanilla pod with a knife tip and stir in the cream together with the grater and the nuts. Spoon into the cleaned piping bag, pierce a hole in the puffs with a sharp, pointed knife and fill them with the mixture.
  3. Mix the lemon juice with the icing sugar. Add 2-3 t of hot water and stir into a thick, white glaze. Baptize the puffs and shape a tower on a plate. Garnish with powdered sugar and silver pearls.
