A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ground beef, Chinese five-spice powder, spring onion (in wafer-thin rings), soy sauce, freshly ground pepper, apple ((eg Granny Smith), unpeeled in 8 thin slices) and butter.

Combine beef minced beef, five spice powder, spring onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Cut the minced meat into 4 equal portions and form into hamburgers.

Squeeze apple slices in both sides of hamburgers.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook over medium heat on 8-10 min.

On both sides until brown and half-baked..
