Directions

  1. Combine beef minced beef, five spice powder, spring onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the minced meat into 4 equal portions and form into hamburgers.
  3. Squeeze apple slices in both sides of hamburgers.
  4. Heat butter in frying pan and cook over medium heat on 8-10 min.
  5. On both sides until brown and half-baked..
