Australian salad with avocado
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: mihoen, avocado (flesh diced), lime (zest grated and pressed fruit), red pepper (in thin strips), sesame oil, cream sherry, light soy sauce, garlic (pressed), fresh mint ( finely chopped) and macadamia nuts (finely chopped and roasted golden brown).

Prepare Mihoen according to instructions.

Fold the avocado cubes with 2 tsp lime juice.

Season the pepper strips, sesame oil, sherry and soy sauce to the boil.

Stir in garlic, lemon zest and lime juice.

Drain Mihoen in colander and transfer to bowl.

Add avocado and warm dressing.

sprinkle fresh mint and nuts over it.

Serve immediately..
