Authentic roast beef carpaccio
Try this authentic roast beef carpaccio
Cut the celery, the peppers and the fennel bulb into very thin strips.
Divide the roast beef over the plates and garnish with the chopped vegetables and the arugula.
Now crumble the cheese over the plates, spread the capers over it and season the carpaccio with salt and pepper.
Finally drizzle the plates with lemon juice and olive oil and serve immediately.
