Autumn nicoise with mushrooms
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (700 g), green beans (very fine (a 450 g, frozen)), olive oil, mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters), young leaf lettuce (with lamb's lettuce (80 g)) ), mayonnaise, tomatoes (in parts), tuna (in water (a 185 g) and drained).

Boil the potatoes in water with a little salt in 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the green beans in a different pan in 6 minutes until al dente.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms in 5 min. Golden brown and done.

Meanwhile divide the lettuce over 4 plates. Stir in the mayonnaise with 1 tbsp water. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.

Drain the potatoes and allow to cool. Pour the green beans and rinse them cold under running water. Divide the new potatoes, the green beans and the mushrooms over the plates.

Divide the tomatoes and the tuna over the salad. Pour the dressing over and serve immediately.
