Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pine nuts in 3 min. Until golden brown.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a stirring stir fry the bacon strips with the onion and garlic 4 min.

Add the spinach in parts and allow to shrink. Scoop the raisins through as soon as all the spinach has shrunk and warm for 1 min.

Divide the tagliatelle over plates and spoon the spinach mixture on it. Sprinkle with the pine nuts.
