Cut the chives finely.

Wash the lettuce and dry the leaves.

Cut the to quarters.

Mix the shrimp in a bowl with some lemon juice, the paprika powder, the chives and to taste a little salt and pepper.

Halve the avocados and take out the kernel.

Spread the cutting surface thinly with lemon juice.

Place a leaf on each plate and put half avocado on it.

Put in the shrimp mixture.

Garnish with a small tart sour cream and tomato wedges.
