Directions

  1. Cut the chives finely.
  2. Wash the lettuce and dry the leaves.
  3. Cut the to quarters.
  4. Mix the shrimp in a bowl with some lemon juice, the paprika powder, the chives and to taste a little salt and pepper.
  5. Halve the avocados and take out the kernel.
  6. Spread the cutting surface thinly with lemon juice.
  7. Place a leaf on each plate and put half avocado on it.
  8. Put in the shrimp mixture.
  9. Garnish with a small tart sour cream and tomato wedges.
