Cut the avocados half in half, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Or: peel the bananas.

Cut the avocado or bananas coarsely, put in a bowl and puree with the hand blender (or use a blender or kitchen machine).

Squeeze out the lemon. Add the lemon juice, milk, whipped cream and sugar to the banana and mix until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a low container and put in the freezer for about 2½ hours.

Mash the ice cream, if it is frozen but not yet hard, with the hand blender or food processor to a smooth mass.

Put back in the freezer to stiffen (which takes about 2½ hours) and serve.
