Syrup waffle brownite rifle
Trifle for Christmas with chocolate with a stroopwafel, whipped cream, brownie and small stroopwafels.

Chop the chocolate coarsely. Bring the cream to medium heat in a saucepan.

Remove from the heat, stir in the chopped chocolate and leave for 10 minutes. Stir with a whisk until a shiny, even mixture.

Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, but stir regularly.

Meanwhile, beat the vanilla sugar and the rest of the whipped cream with the (hand) mixer. Cut the brownie into cubes of 1 cm.

Divide half of the brownie over the glasses. Divide half of the ganache and then half of the whipped cream.

Repeat until the glasses have 2 layers.

Scrape the rest of the chocolate with a peeler in curls over the top cream layer. Insert the mini syrup waffles into the whipped cream.
