Avocado salad with hazelnuts and lime dressing

Roast the hazelnuts in a dry, hot frying pan.

Mix the leaf lettuce with the rocket and spring onions.

Peel the avocados and divide them into wedges. Divide the mixed salad into 4 plates.

Put the wedges of avocado on top and divide the gorgonzola over it.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and sprinkle over the salad.

Sprinkle with the hazelnuts. If necessary, garnish with a slice of lime.
