Avocado with egg and toasted bacon

Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Halve the avocados and remove the kernel.

Roast the avocado halves with a pointed spoon a bit further and drizzle with lemon juice. Put half avocados in the dishes and break 1 egg over each avocado half.

Sprinkle with salt and (cayenne) pepper. Place the dishes on a baking sheet and place the breakfast bacon next to it on the plate.

Bake for 10-12 minutes in the middle of the oven until the egg is done and the bacon is crispy. Place the avocados on plates and sprinkle with the tomato and thyme. Put the slices of bacon on it.
