A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: egg, milk, sugar bread (without crust), butter and cinnamon.

Beat the egg in a deep plate and stir in the milk.

Cut the slices of sugar bread diagonally.

Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan with non-stick coating.

Pour half the bread through the egg mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy for 2-3 minutes per side.

Fry the other half of the bread in the same way until golden brown.

Place the turning tips on a warm dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serve immediately..
