A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: egg, milk, sugar bread (without crust), butter and cinnamon.

Directions

  1. Beat the egg in a deep plate and stir in the milk.
  2. Cut the slices of sugar bread diagonally.
  3. Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan with non-stick coating.
  4. Pour half the bread through the egg mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Fry the other half of the bread in the same way until golden brown.
  6. Place the turning tips on a warm dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Serve immediately..
