Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Cut the pide horizontally in half and roast in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Remove the crowns from the strawberries and slice the strawberries into slices. Mix the mascarpone in a bowl with the leces.

Brush the bottom half of the pide with half of the mascarpone mixture. Brush the top of the pide with the rest of the mascarpone mixture.

Cut the mint leaves into thin strips. Cover the bread with the strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Sprinkle with the sugar and mint. Bon appétit! .
