Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain, put back in the pan and leave with the lid on the pan for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the bacon strips into strips of 3 cm. Fry them in a skillet without oil or butter for 10 minutes on medium heat. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, wash the bok choy and cut into pieces. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the bread 5 minutes.

Let the atjar tjampoer drain. Add the wok sauce and half of the atjar tjampoer to the bacon strips and bake for another 2 minutes.

Spoon the rice through the pak choi and season with the sambal.

Divide the rice mixture over plates. Spoon the babi pangang. Serve with the rest of the atjar tjampur.
