Stew with beef chipolata and green beans


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh green beans, garlic, sprigs of rosemary and deep-frozen garden peas.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in plenty of water with salt in 15 minutes until tender. Add the green beans for the last 4 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile cut the beef chipolata in half. Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the chipolata according to the directions on the packaging until golden brown.
  3. Cut the onion into slices and the garlic into thin slices.
  4. Remove the chipolata from the pan and fry the onion with the garlic and rosemary for 4 minutes. Put the chipolata back in the pan.
  5. Drain the potatoes and the green beans and add them to the meat and the onions.
  6. Add the frozen broad beans and stir, with occasional stirring, for another 5 minutes until the broad beans are tender. Divide the plates.
