Bacon burger with spicy pineapple salsa
A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh pineapple, lime, ginger syrup, fresh coriander (bag of 15 g), salt, (freshly ground) black pepper, iceberg lettuce, bacon, butter or margarine, hamburgers (à 100 g), Kaiser rolls and mayonnaise.

Peel pineapple, remove the hard core and cut into cubes of approx. 1 cm. Lime brooms and peel thinly scratch. Lime squeezing. In a large bowl of ginger syrup, lime zest and juice stir together, coriander above it finely cut and season with salt and pepper. Add pineapple cubes to marinade and mix them together. Cover the pineapple for approx. 1 hour.

Clean, wash and cut into thin strips. Fry bacon on medium heat in frying pan with non-stick coating in approx. 2 minutes and drain on kitchen paper. Fry butter in frying pan and cook over medium heat in 8 to 10 minutes until brown and brown, halfway through.Breads cut open and cover with mayonnaise. Spread lettuce over sandwiches, hamburgers, bacon, and pineapple salsa.
