Pork tenderloin with sweet red onion
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tenderloins (at room temperature), mustard, butter, oil, red onions (in thin rings) and mustard seeds.

Brush the pork tenderloin thinly with mustard, sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Heat the butter with the oil in a very large frying or frying pan and fry the pork tenderloins around brown in 3-4 minutes.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm under aluminum foil.

Spoon the onions and mustard seeds into the pan, scoop the onions well through the shortening.

Put the meat back in the pan.

Leave the pork tenderloins and onion with the lid on the pan for another 10 minutes.

Delicious with red cabbage with apples..
