Bacon with red cabbage and ginger syrup
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (peeled), onions (chopped), sunflower oil, mix for babi soy sauce, bacon patties, sweet soy sauce, red cabbage with apple (720 g) and ginger syrup.

Potatoes boil in 20 min.

In frying pan onions glazed fruit in oil.

Mix for babi soy sauce and add 1 min.

Remove onion mixture with skimmer from pan.

Fry bacon strips for 5 minutes on high heat on both sides.

Remove onion mixture in pan, season to taste with soy sauce.

Let it simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat.

Heat the cabbage with ginger syrup according to the instructions on the packaging.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread potatoes, red cabbage and bacon strips with sauce over four plates..
