Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place the salmon fillets side by side in the oven dish.

Halve the lime. Grate the zest of 1/2 lime and keep the grater separate.

Squeeze the grated lime over the salmon and brush the salmon with the wok sauce. Let marinate for a moment.

Fry the salmon in the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes. Cut the remaining 1/2 lime into wedges.

Sprinkle the salmon with the spring onions and garnish with lime wedges.

Tasty with (coconut) rice.
