Chicken with nut cream sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, garden pea carrot ((freezer à 450 g), onion, mixed nuts, mashed potatoes à la minute (180 g Maggi), butter or margarine, cream cheese and chicken fillet fumé (à ca. 171 g) .
Prepare vegetables according to instructions.
Peel onion and finely chop.
Chop the nuts (in a food processor).
Prepare mashed potatoes according to instructions.
Heat in butter and fry about 2 minutes.
Add cheese and nuts and heat gently.
Cook the chicken breast for 2 minutes in microwave at full power (700 Watt).
Cut chicken fillet diagonally into slices.
Serving chicken fillet with sauce, mashed potatoes and vegetables..
