Burritos with chicken filling


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Mix Mexican Burritos (à 229), sour cream (à 125 ml), onions, green peppers, sunflower oil, grilled chicken breast (meat about 200 g) and tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Make bags of dipmix (out of box) with sour cream and 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Peppers wash, clean and cut into pieces.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan.
  5. Stew onions and peppers for about 2 minutes.
  6. Pouch sauce mix (out of box) and 200 ml of water, bring to the boil and heat for about 4 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, cut chicken fillet into pieces.
  8. Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.
  9. Cook chicken and tomatoes for approx.
  10. 2 minutes.
  11. Heat Burritos according to instructions and fill with mixture.
  12. Serve with dip.
  13. Delicious with iceberg lettuce with garlic dressing..
