Greek beef dish with homemade tzatziki
Let's go greek with this delicious stew full of zucchini, tomato, black olives and Mediterranean herbs, served with brown rice and beef strips.

Bring a large pan of water with salt, if necessary, to the boil. When the water boils, add the rice, bring to the boil again and cook until cooked for 12 minutes.

Turn off the gas, drain the rice, put it back in the pan and leave it on the pan with the lid until use.

Meanwhile, wash the courgettes and cut into 1 cm pieces.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the zucchini with the Mediterranean herbs for 6 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Clean the 2 cloves of garlic and cut 1 finely.

Add the beef strips and chopped garlic to the zucchini and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, some pepper and the water, bring to a boil and leave on low heat with the lid on the pan for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, wash half the cucumber. Halve lengthways and remove the seed lists with a teaspoon.

Grate the pieces of cucumber and mix with the yogurt. Squeeze the rest of the garlic above it. Season the tzatziki with pepper and salt.

Spoon the olives through the stove. Warm up and serve with the rice and tzatziki.
