Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with the garlic for about 4 minutes at a high setting.

Put the spring onion and basil through, pour the cream and cook for about 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packaging and pour off.
