Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Scare under cold running water, peel them and fine them.

Halve the bread in the length. Spread the cutting edges with the mayonnaise. Remove a leaf per person from the lettuce and top with the bottom half of the baguette.

Cut the cucumbers into slanted slices. Halve the outings. Let the to drain.

Cover the bread with the slices of cheese and ham in succession. Divide the cucumber, onion and toce over the bread.

Sprinkle with the egg crumb and pepper. Put the top of the bread on and press lightly.

Serve the bread in its entirety on a shelf and cut into pieces.
