                                Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Scare under cold running water, peel them and fine them.

                                Halve the bread in the length. Spread the cutting edges with the mayonnaise. Remove a leaf per person from the lettuce and top with the bottom half of the baguette.

                                Cut the cucumbers into slanted slices. Halve the outings. Let the to drain.
