Baked pears with hazelnut caramel
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lemon, hand pears (firm), butter, sugar, ground cardamom, ginger powder and peeled hazelnuts (a 75 g).

Clean lemon peeler and thin slices of zest (or peel of grated cheese) from half peel with citrus extractor (zesteur).

Half of lemon squeezing out (other half is not used).

Peel the pears, cut each into 8 parts and remove the cores.

Drip with 2 tbsp lemon juice.

In a large frying pan with non-stick coating, melt 25 g of butter.

Place pears in butter and sprinkle 1 tbsp of sugar, cardamom and ginger powder.

Bake pears for 10 minutes on low heat, shake off occasionally.

Chop the hazelnuts and fry in a lightly browned pan in the rest of butter.

Add leftover sugar and 1 tbsp water.

Allow sugar to melt over medium heat and stir until golden brown (= caramelise).

Take a pan of fire.

Warm pears drizzle with 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Divide pearls over four bowls and carefully pour hazelnut caramel over them.

Garnish with lemon peels and serve immediately..
