Baked pineapple with pepper ice cream
A tasty caribbean recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: vanilla ice cream, black peppercorns, fresh pineapple, sugar and butter.

Thaw the ice cream in 20 min.

Meanwhile, crush the peppercorns coarsely in the mortar.

Scoop the pepper through the soft ice and freeze for 20 minutes.

Cut the pineapple into 8 slices.

Cut the peel off the slices, but leave 1 slice unpeeled.

Put the hard core out of the pineapple with an apple drill or a knife.

Cut all slices of pineapple into 4 parts.

Sprinkle with sugar.

Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the pineapple over medium heat in 5 minutes until lightly browned.

Change regularly.

Divide the warm pineapple without peel over the slices.

Put the pepper ice on it.

Garnish with the unpeeled pieces of pineapple..
