Baked potato with creamy shrimps
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (scrambled), ready-to-cook carrots (and snow peas (a 350 g)), fresh cream cheese (with chives 60 (125 g)), milk, jumbo shrimp (a 100 g), fresh chives ((a 25 g) and finely chopped).

Light the barbecue.

Dab the potatoes dry with kitchen paper.

Wrap each potato in a piece of aluminum foil.

Place them for about 30 minutes between the charcoal of the barbecue.

Times regularly.

The potatoes are cooked when you can easily insert and remove a satay stick.

Put a pan with water and boil the vegetables in 12 minutes until al dente.

Stir in the cream cheese with the milk and pepper and salt to taste.

Mix in the shrimp.

Cross the potatoes and press them open.

Put the potatoes on 4 plates, spoon in the shrimp and garnish with chives.

Serve with the vegetables..
