Cut the aubergine and zucchini into slices. Cut the onion into rings.

Mix the vegetables with the oil in a bowl. Season with pepper and salt.

Brush the beefburgers with the oil. Heat the grill pan.

Grill the vegetables in 3 portions al dente. Grill the pancetta in 4 min. Brown and crispy. Turn halfway.

Drain the remaining shortening. Grill the beefburgers in 12 minutes. Turn halfway.

Cut the buns open. Place them in succession with some grilled vegetables, the burgers, some rocket, the pancetta and some ketchup.
