Baked potatoes with fresh herbs
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (solid), salt, coriander, mint, butter and olive oil.

Wash potatoes well and cook unpeeled in large saucepan with water and salt for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop coriander and mint leaves. Drain potatoes and allow to cool.

Cut potatoes into slices. Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan and fry potatoes in half an hour until golden brown and crunchy. Remove potatoes from the pan and sprinkle with salt, coriander and mint. Nice with lamb.
