Currysalsa with raisins
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: oil, shallots (in rings), mild curry paste, raisins (washed), lime juice, fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and finely chopped).

Heat the oil in the saucepan and fry the shallots very gently for 5 minutes.

Add curry paste and stir for 1 min.

With stirring.

Add raisins and 150 ml water, bring to the boil and cook very gently for 10 min.

Season to taste lime juice, salt, and pepper by salsa.

Let Salsa cool down and stir in coriander.

Salsa until use, covered, stored.

Delicious with marinated pork, chicken, turkey and grilled flatbread..
