Stir the banana through the egg.

Mix in the oatmeal, hazelnuts, coconut and baking powder and stir well.

Scoop the berries through and add a pinch of cinnamon.

Fill the mug to a maximum of 2/3.

Put the mug in the microwave for about 2.5 minutes at 800 Watt.

Remove the mug and let it simmer for 30 seconds.

Check the doneness with a skewer, it should come out dry.

Eat breakfast directly from the mug.
