Directions

  1. Stir the banana through the egg.
  2. Mix in the oatmeal, hazelnuts, coconut and baking powder and stir well.
  3. Scoop the berries through and add a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. Fill the mug to a maximum of 2/3.
  5. Put the mug in the microwave for about 2.5 minutes at 800 Watt.
  6. Remove the mug and let it simmer for 30 seconds.
  7. Check the doneness with a skewer, it should come out dry.
  8. Eat breakfast directly from the mug.
