Basmati rice with saffron and honey
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, onions, butter or margarine, ginger powder, nutmeg, chicken stock, saffron (0 05 g), cinnamon sticks, cloves, basmati rice (pack `400 g) and (freshly ground) black pepper.

Peel onions and finely chop.

Melt butter in a frying pan and fry onions, ginger powder and nutmeg for about 3 minutes.

Add the bouillon tablet, saffron, cinnamon sticks, cloves and 5 dl of water and boil the broth.

Add the rice and boil in a gentle heat for about 15 minutes.

Stir through the rice with a fork, remove cinnamon sticks and cloves and season rice with pepper.

Let rice steam out.
