Homemade pizza with barbecue sauce, chicken fillet, creme fraiche, grated cheese, spring onions and avocado.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Meanwhile, mix the barbecue sauce with the chicken.

Mix the crème fraîche with the grated cheese and spread over the pizza bases. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the chicken in 4 min. Golden brown and done. Divide over the pizzas.
