Bean chilli with white cheese cubes
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: quick-cooking rice (silver fleece, 400 g), garlic, sunflower oil, Italian vegetable mix (400 g), Mexican seasonings mix (sprinkle of 100 g), vine tomatoes (about 400 g), kidney beans (a 400 g) and white cheese cubes (200 g).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Garlic peel and chop.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Garlic for about 1 minute.

Add vegetable mix and herbs and fry approx.

5 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash tomatoes, remove crowns and cut into wedges.

Let kidney beans drain.

Fry beans and tomatoes through vegetable mix and co-heat for approx.

4 minutes.

Mix chili with rice.

Garnish with cheese cubes.
