                                Cook rice according to instructions.
- 
                                Garlic peel and chop.
- 
                                Heat oil in frying pan.

                                Garlic for about 1 minute.

                                Add vegetable mix and herbs and fry approx.

                                5 minutes.

                                Meanwhile, wash tomatoes, remove crowns and cut into wedges.
