Bean dish with chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, celery, liquid (roast butter), red onions (in half rings), Spanish giant beans ((425 g), drained), kidney beans ((400 g), drained), green kidney beans ((400 g), drained), smoked chicken breast strips (about 380 g), crème fraîche (125 ml), coarse mustard and old cheese (pack of 225 g).

Cut the stalks of celery into slices.

Heat the butter in a frying pan.

Fry the celery and onion for 5 minutes.

Add the three types of beans and the chicken strips and warm them.

In the meantime, heat the crème fraîche in a saucepan, add the mustard to a sauce.

Stir the sauce through the bean dish.
