Bean salad with corn and chili dressing

Ingredients
- 300 gram maize
- 300 gram maize
- 1 look black beans
- 1 look cannellini bean
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Red onion
- 0.5 bunch coriander
- Tortilla chips
- 100 milliliters olive oil for the dressing
- 2 tablespoon lime juice for the dressing
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice for the dressing
- 75 milliliters Red wine vinegar for the dressing
- 1 clove garlic for the dressing
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten) for the dressing
- 0.5 teaspoon chili powder for the dressing
- 2 tablespoon chili sauce for the dressing
Directions

Boil the corn for 2-3 minutes, drain and rinse cold water.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Scoop the beans, corn, pepper and dressing together.

Sprinkle the bean salad with the onion and coriander. Serve with tortilla chips.
