Chicken breast schnitzel with sriracha honey sauce
Crispy chicken breast cutlets with nut rice, broccoli and a sauce of ketchup, sriracha, acacia honey and rice vinegar.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillets in 8 minutes on medium heat until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, cut the broccoli into florets, peel the stem and cut into 1 cm pieces. Cook the broccoli in 4 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, mix the ketchup, honey, rice vinegar and sriracha together. Serve the chicken with the sauce, rice and broccoli.
