Bean soup with grilled pork fillet
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (chopped), winter carrot (in half slices), celery (finely chopped), pointed cabbage (in strips), chicken broth (from tablets), tomatoes (chopped), white beans ((370 g), drained) and pork fillets.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a soup pot and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.

Stir in the sliced winter carrot, celery and cabbage, and fry these vegetables for a minute.

Pour in the chicken broth.

Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and the white beans after 10 minutes.

Brush the meat very thinly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Fry the meat in a (grill) pan for 8-10 minutes, turning it halfway.

Let the meat rest for a while and then cut it into strips.

Season the soup with salt and pepper.

Divide the soup over four bowls or plates and place a few strips of meat in each bowl or plate..
