Bean stew and sausage


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, slightly crumbly potatoes, smoked sausage (extra lean (375 g)), green beans, Dutch haricot beans (300 g, frozen), white beans ((330 g), drained), semi-skimmed milk and butter.

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and boil in water with salt in 20 minutes until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, heat the smoked sausage according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the stalk of the green beans and cut the green beans into pieces. Cook them in 8 min. Until tender, add the beans and white beans after 5 min. Drain.
  3. Drain the potatoes. Heat the milk in a saucepan and pour into the potatoes. Add the butter and puree with the puree mash. Scoop the beans through and season with salt and pepper. Scoop in a bowl and place the smoked sausage on it.
