Beans in satay sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice, sunflower oil, onion (chopped), kidney beans ((800 g), drained), satay sauce (natural (175 g)), chicken fillet (in strips), leeks (crops) and bean sprouts (125 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 min. Add the beans and saté sauce and heat for 7 min. On low heat.

Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok. Stir fry the chicken 3 min. Cut the leek in half rings and stir fry for another 4 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the rice and beans over 4 plates and scoop up the chicken mixture.
